How ClubChamps works for Players

Register, compete, and track your results in 6 simple steps. All from your browser.

It works the same whether your club is running a knockout, a handicap knockout or a box league.

Six steps, start to finish

1

Find tournament information via a secure link, or use a code shared by the organiser. See draw categories, dates, and entry fees upfront.

2

Select your draws, complete secure payment via Stripe Checkout, and you're in.

3

See your position in the draw, upcoming opponents, and match stats, all in real-time.

4

Receive automated notifications: draw published, next match ready, deadline approaching, new notice board posts.

5

After your match, submit scores directly from your phone. Both players can verify results.

6

Follow tournament progress with live draw updates. See all results as they come in.
