The same bracket with a head start for weaker players, worked out from a nine-point rating. Anyone in the club can win it, and a win against the club's best counts just the same.

Small round-robin groups that run over weeks, with players arranging their own matches. Promotion and relegation are worked out when the round closes, and box leagues are free for everyone.

How the free model works
There is no subscription and no setup fee. The only money that changes hands is a small entry fee on knockout tournaments, and players pay it themselves. Organisers never pay, and nothing is charged to the club at any point in the season.

- Free for the club and free for every player, every round of every season. Nothing is collected from anyone at sign-up and nothing is charged to the club afterwards.
- A small fee on knockouts
- Players pay a small entry fee online when they sign up, and nothing is charged to the club. It is paid at registration, so there is nothing for the club to collect on the day and nothing for it to be invoiced for later. See pricing for the number.
Questions clubs ask
Is ClubChamps really free?
Yes, for organisers. There is no charge to set up a club, run a knockout or run a box league season, and knockout entries carry a small fee that players pay when they sign up - see pricing for the number.
Do players need to download an app?
No. Everything runs in a normal browser on a phone or a laptop: entering a draw, checking who you play next and submitting a score all work from a web page, with nothing to install, and a notification tells them when their next match is ready.
Does ClubChamps work for padel as well as tennis?
Yes. Knockout, handicap knockout and box league all run the same way for padel as they do for tennis, on the same club page and the same public draws.
Can I import our existing members?
Not in bulk yet. You can add a player as a guest by typing their name, with no account needed at their end, so nobody is left out while your club gets going.
What about a full club championship with lots of events?
Run as many draws as you like under one tournament: men's, ladies', doubles and juniors. One finals day covers the lot, and one honours board records the winners.
